A review of the existing performance verification infrastructure for micro-CMMs

The performance verification of micro-CMMs is now of intense interest because of their capability to perform length measurements in three dimensions to high accuracy with low uncertainties. Currently, verification of micro-CMMs is completed in the spirit of existing specification standards, because strict adherence to these standards is often difficult. This review aims to present and discuss verification techniques available for micro-CMMs: specification standards, existing calibrated test lengths and traceability routes that can be associated with micro-CMMs. Three specification standards used in the testing of CMMs will be considered. In addition, a wide range of calibrated test lengths are reported, and any advantages and disadvantages associated with their use are discussed. It is concluded that micro-CMMs cannot yet be verified in accordance with existing specification standards. Suggestions are made for future standardisation work required to rectify these issues.     

国外生土建筑发展对我国的启示与借鉴

生土建筑形式多样,不仅是中国传 统建筑重要的组成部分,在世界范围内也有 广泛分布。在全球能源危机背景下,生土建 筑材料的生态性能又一次受到世人瞩目。我 国研究生土建筑时间较早,但相较于发达国 家,在研究探索与经验累积等方面还存在一 定差距。本文从研究机构、教育模式、规范 标准三个不同层面对国内外生土建筑研究进 行分析判断,寻找出目前国内外生土建筑发 展的现状和需要改进之处,总结国外先进研 究经验,以高校教育作为理论支撑、规范标 准作为实践场地、研究机构作为理论与实践 结合的统筹研究单位,使三方面形成集“产 学研”为一体的完整链条,为我国生土建筑 的进一步发展提供依据。     

地下工程防水等级标准之我见──兼谈“国标”相关内容的不足

综述国内外地下工程和隧道的防水等级标准，并对我国现行标准有关内容进行评价。     

基于Web Services和MMS的机器人制造单元异构设备通讯研究

为解决机器人制造单元内异构设备信息传递问题,首先,提出了具有自治和协作能力的设备处理器模型;其次,对设备处理器的信息传递机制及模型和通信服务接口进行设计;最后采用统一建模语言UML分别对机床处理器、机器人处理器以及缓冲区处理器进行整体设计,为机器人制造单元异构设备通信提供了新的途径。     

Defining tools to address over-constrained geometric problems in Computer Aided Design

This paper proposes a new tool for decision support to address geometric over-constrained problems in Computer Aided Design (CAD). It concerns the declarative modeling of geometrical problems. The core of the coordinate free solver used to solve the Geometric Constraint Satisfaction Problem (GCSP) was developed previously by the authors. This research proposes a methodology based on Michelucci’s witness method to determine whether the structure of the problem is over-constrained. In this case, the authors propose a tool for assisting the designer in solving the over-constrained problem by ensuring the consistency of the specifications. An application of the methodology and tool is presented in an academic example.     

复合材料构件MBD模型规范化检查系统研究及应用

随着MBD技术在航空复合材料构件设计当中的应用,三维模型成为产品几何与非几何信息的唯一载体,是生产制造过程中的主要依据。由于复合材料构件结构多样性以及设计表达的复杂性,仅靠设计人员经验不能保证三维模型的质量,需要建立全面的建模规范以及面向设计/制造的检查系统来实时指导和规范复合材料构件全三维建模。为了实现对复合材料构件MBD模型的质量控制,研究了基于检查模板的构件模型规范性检查技术,对复合材料构件建模过程进行了规范性分析,并设计了构件MBD模型规范化检查系统,保障了三维模型定义的规范性、完整性和工艺性。基于B/S和C/S混合模式进行了系统开发,将其应用到某航空制造企业复合材料构件建模过程,并以某复合材料构件三维模型的检查为例验证了系统的可行性。     

基于安卓电视机芯智能升级的应用研究

对比了目前几种安卓电视智能升级方案,提出了一种在现有电视技术条件下,通过一个自定义接口完成安卓电视机芯智能升级的方案。该方法具有电视整机机芯升级简单、便捷、成本低、原有整机利用率高的优点。并以50个管脚的自定义接口为例,具体阐述了安卓电视机芯升级的软件、硬件解决方案。     

Kinetics of the process of electroslag surfacing and the tructure of deposited metal based on nickel aluminide

The course of overlay welding technology qualification using welding procedure test according to the PN-EN ISO 15614-7 specifications is described. How the preliminary welding procedure specification (pWPS) should be prepared is clarified and the type of test pieces as well as the type of tests that should be carried out after overlay welding are presented. The criteria to be met by test pieces so that the welding procedure may be qualified as acceptable are discussed. The qualification range and the details of the welding procedure qualification record (WPQR) also presented. Numerous examples of overlay welding procedure qualification tests, carried out at the Welding Institute are described.     

风电机组通信模块软硬件设计

针对IEC61400-25明确提出风电机组的通信应基于制造报文规范通信协议，设计并实现一种基于IEC61400—25标准的风电机组通信模块。该模块采用ARM9＋JAVA＋MMS结构，通过提供IED配置、IED信息模型的重构、设备参数的读写等通信服务，以及对标准MMS通信协议风电场无缝通信的实现，可屏蔽风电机组的通信差异，有效解决一致通信问题，提高风电场通信的效率与可靠性。     

Repetitive model refactoring strategy for the design space exploration of intensive signal processing applications

The efficient design of computation intensive multidimensional signal processing applications requires dealing with three kinds of constraints: those implied by the data dependencies, the non-functional requirements (real-time, power consumption) and resources availability of the execution platform. Modeling and Analysis of Real-time and Embedded systems (MARTE) UML profile through its repetitive structure modeling (RSM) package is well suited to model the inherent parallelism within these applications, a compact representation of parallel execution platforms and the distributive mapping of one on another. The execution of such a specification respects the whole set of constraints defined upon, while the quality of the scheduling is directly linked to the quality of the mapping of the multidimensional structures (data arrays or parallel loop nests) into time and space. We propose here a strategy to use a refactoring tool dedicated to this kind of application that allows to find good trade-offs in the usage of storage and computation resources and in parallelism (both task and data parallelism) exploitation. This strategy is illustrated on an industrial radar application.
